We will start by setting up a time to virtually meet and go over your goals as a biathlete and I will offer initial recommendations and advice. Next, I will send you all the resources I use as a biathlon coach, including:

Once you are set-up and familiar with all the resources, I will start sending weekly training plans with workouts and activity recommendations for each week. Once you have settled in and begun seeing improvement, send me some videos of you skiing and I will send back personalized ski technique analysis. As you progress, I will check-in bi-monthly to track your training log and leave comments in regards to your training. Finally, I will travel to you anywhere in the country and spend an entire weekend offering a personalized coaching experience. This experience will include a day of shooting where we will work on all aspects of the shooting process and a day of (roller)skiing technique.
